In addition to providing eating disorder treatment, we are also known for our compassionate and comprehensive treatment for those struggling with substance abuse. We believe that addiction is a disease and that abstinence is the most effective way to manage the condition.   Utilizing 12-step philosophies, we tailor treatment specifically for each patient understanding that everyone enters the process of recovery with their own unique story and background.

With this in mind, we treat every patient holistically evaluating emotional, physical and spiritual needs continually throughout their stay with us. It is very common for those who struggle with substance use to also have a co-occurring mental health condition such as depression, anxiety disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder. An individual therapist is part of each patient’s care team to ensure that any co-occurring mental health issues may also be treated along with the primary addiction.
